I Order A Brush But The Wrong One Came. Can I Get A Refund Or The Brush I Originally Ordered?
The packaging slip provides tracking & proof that your package has been delivered. Also, it will have the listed product or products sent. Please provide packaging slip, and we would be glad to accommodate your request for either a refund or cancelation. Alternatively, we could send the right brush at your request, in the case that you did receive the wrong package.
How To Track My Order?
After your order is processed, you will receive the tracking information once the item has shipped from our warehouse location. Once you receive shipping confirmation, the tracking number automatically is sent to your inbox along with the estimated delivery date. You can check the package tracking number & location at this point.
I had ordered a brush on this site and I haven’t received my order but the site it says It has been delivered.
We Are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the mail. Once the package is marked delivered, we can not cancel or refund the order. Order over $50.00 signature required upon delivery. Custom Orders & Orders Over 150.00 are insured, and signature is requested upon delivery.
